Terms and Conditions
- Event Overview
This 9-hole mini golf event (the “Event”) is hosted by Shopping City and is designed for children and families to enjoy a fun, free recreational activity within the centre premises. - Eligibility
- The Event is open to children aged 4 to 15 years old.
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Children must be physically able to participate in mini golf without posing risk to themselves or others.
- Registration
- Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- By participating, guardians agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Safety and Conduct
- Children must use the mini golf equipment provided and follow all staff instructions.
- No running, pushing, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.
- No food or drink is permitted in the event area.
- A queuing system will be in place at busy periods.
- The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive.
- The organiser reserves the right to suspend the Event temporarily or permanently in the case of unsafe conditions.
- Parental Responsibility
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.
- Children may not be left unattended at any time.
- Liability
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
- Shopping City, its staff, and associated partners accept no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Event.
- Photography and Media
- The Event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
- By attending, participants grant permission for images or video of themselves or their children to be used in marketing materials, unless they opt out by notifying staff at the time of attendance.
- Changes or Cancellation
- The organiser reserves the right to change the event details or cancel the Event without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or operational issues).
