The annual Halton Primary Arts Network (HPAN) exhibition returns to Shopping City this February.
From Monday 9th – Friday 27th February hundreds of local children from primary schools across Halton will be showcasing their fantastic artwork based on this year’s theme, ‘We are all Different and that is what’s beautiful…’
Halton Mayor, Councillor Martha Lloyd Jones will be opening the exhibition at 4pm on Monday 9th February and everyone is invited.
