Shopmobility and Information Centre is located near Car Park 1 and provides manual wheelchairs, power chairs and motorised scooters available for hire.

A Cash point is available at Nationwide Building Society opposite Costa Coffee Runcorn.
Customer Service team
The Shopping City Runcorn Security and Cleaning teams are fully trained and always available to deal with any incident in the centre. If you need any assistance during your time at Shopping City Runcorn please find one of our team. For safety and security, the centre is covered with 24/7 CCTV.
Free Parking
All our car parks are FREE to park in and include disabled bays and mother and baby areas on Level D.
First Aid
Our Security and Cleaning team members are trained first aiders and can provide assistance when needed.
Defibrillators
Defibrillators are housed in the Security Office and Welfare Unit and can be accessed via members of our Security and Cleaning teams.

We have Amazon Lockers located next to the toilets, near Car Park 1.
Yeep Lockers
We have Yeet Lockers located between the Post Office and Mullens Opticians.

The Post Office is located along from Costa Coffee near Mullens Opticians and offers a variety of services including insurance, travel and government services. There is a Photo Booth just outside.

We have pharmacies inside Boots and Superdrug.
